On Saturday, May 7th, my mom purchased a southwest salad and chicken nuggets kids meal. I ate both entrees, the following morning I woke up to an irritated stomach. The irritation was accompanied with headaches, dizziness and abdominal cramps. It has been two full days and this is Tuesday morning. My headaches have gone away but now I am left with diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Headache, Cramps, Dizziness
