On Saturday, May 7th, my mom purchased a southwest salad and chicken nuggets kids meal. I ate both entrees, the following morning I woke up to an irritated stomach. The irritation was accompanied with headaches, dizziness and abdominal cramps. It has been two full days and this is Tuesday morning.
