Quarter Pounders and Big Macs.., Two people; myself and a friend. Symptoms started approximately 3-8 hours after the meal. Stomach cramps, very sharp lower intestinal pains the following day, flatulence and diarrhea for the past two days. Nausea comes in bouts.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Flatulence, Cramps, Stomach Pain
