Bought 2 McChicken and 10 piece chicken nuggets the morning of July 4th. A few hours later, I finished the rest of my meal (the nuggets were the last to be eaten). I noted an off taste to them, but I reasoned it was because I hadn't touched them for hours. By the end of the afternoon, I was experiencing abdominal pain and watery diarrhea that lasted the rest of the day. It was only after taking some stomach medicine that my condition got reasonably better. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
