Fast Food Illness Outbreak - McDonald's, Arvada Colorado

Three employees and a patient at our work had here (same location) on Friday and Saturday (1/21/22 and 1/22/22) and the people who ate it on Friday had Vomiting/diarrhea/nausea (all day) on Sunday and the ones who ate it on Saturday got sick with the same symptoms on Monday. We had various menu items ranging from breakfast to lunch menu items. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
