breakfast sandwich  I bought two breakfast sandwiches. I finished one and as I began eating the other I felt a pain in my upper stomach. That’s when symptoms began: diaherrea, chills, stomach cramping. I did sleep at night because of the pain. Still have it this AM. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps, Chills, Stomach Pain
