MeMy husband and my 1 Year old got mcdonalds at approx 530 on 102218 my husband at first and started his symptoms at about 7 pm the same night. My symptoms started at 1200 am on 102318 and my 1 Year olds started at 400 am 102318. That is the only meal we had togther last night due to running errands with the kids and needing something fast. Symptoms consisted of slight feverdiarrheavomitingstomach cramps and nausea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
