Ate mcmuffin and a hashbrown around 8 am before work, hours later at work had chills nauseous feeling and dry heaving, Got released from work and went home short after arriving home I started to feel nauseous more and started to puke. Spent all night puking and now have diarrhea. Will not be returning to McDonald's for a while | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills, Diarrhea
