This is the only place I had eaten in 24 hours. It could not have been caused by any other place or food source. I purchased my food around 6 p.m. By 8 p.m. I was getting cramping and by 10 p.m. it was game over for me. Judging by the other comment left, it is apparent this McDonalds has a hygiene and food safety issue. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
