Shortly after eating from here, my daughter got food poisoning as determined by doctors at FMH during her 3 day hospital stay as a result of this. Despite our warnings this morning a friend of the family’s ate at the same McDonalds and is throwing up which is the first symptom that our daughter experienced, no doubt he will end up getting the other symptoms as well diarrhea stomach cramps throwing up dehydration rapid heart rate. Please report this if it happens to you or has happened to you at the McDonald’s on 7th street in Frederick Maryland, That way it doesn’t keep happening. My daughter was hospitalized for 3 days, underwent a bunch of expensive tests to rule out anything else and confirm that it was food poisoning, missed several days of work, and went through a violent stomach problem. Also, she received multiple bags of fluid due to the dehydration that the food poisoning caused | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Dehydration
