First time I had ate the mc rib I was horribly sick I couldn't stop throwing up. I didn't think it was the sandwich, maybe my time of month . Nausea and and couldn't stop pooping!!! As crazy as it sounds I tried it again this time same symptoms but with painful cramping in stomach and diarrhea .. If I'm not feeling any better today I may go the hospital in the middle of a pandemic over a mc rib sandwich!!!! Please whomever never eat this sandwich and advise your love ones the same... | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Cramps
