My son ate a happy meal(he ate about 3 chicken McNuggets and as soon as he finished I noticed he didn’t want to play, he was hugging and holding me like he felt ill and then when we got home started crying that his tummy was hurting a lot. Now my son has also developed a fever. Im thinking of going to the emergency room now! | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea
