March 19 I ate a mcdouble and a mcchicken for lunch and by 4pm I had got sick and went through severe stomach cramps for 2 days after that. First time mcdonalds ever gave me issues and the most severe food poisoning I've ever had. They used to be my first go to place now I don't even want fast food anymore | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
