Toddler Illness: Nuggets & Shake - McDonald's, Columbiana Alabama

I ordered my 2yr old daughter a chicken nugget happy meal with apple slices and Sprite to drink. She didn't eat the apples and drank very little sprite. I ate a chicken nuggets from her happy meal, it tasted fine. I also bought a chocolate millshake that we both drank. Within 2 hours I was running to the bathroom frequently, my daughter seemed to feel okay so I thought nothing about the food... I put her to bed for the night, only to soon wake up to my toddler crying because she has severe stomach pain, vomiting ( very frequently) , and a 102.4 fever. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
