Ordered a 10 pc chicken nugget combo around 5pm, I started to get a minor headache soon after. The headache got worse after a few hours, and I thought it was just me, but then I got super nauseous around 2am and finally ran to the bathroom to puke. Surprised that I only threw up all of the chicken nuggets I ate HOURS ago, but everything else went through. I felt a little better but I feel sore and I hope i get over it by morning. I gotta be honest, this location has been problematic for a few years now and this is the first that any of their food made me sick. Because of how I see this location is managed, I would not be surprised if someone decided to not read expiration dates or undercook the food that I was served. I don't think I'll be eating any McDonald's for a long time. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Soreness
