Late-Night Fast Food Illness - McDonald's, Cumberland Maryland

Went to McDonalds at 2 am. Got back to pa around 5 am and fell asleep. Woke up around 11. Nauseated. Had watery diahrreah 3 Times. Went to Chinese around 1pm. Got sick and went on myself outside of Chinese around 2. I have had diahrreah 15 Times since then, having cramps, chills, Dr said I have food poisoning | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills
