Both my daughter and I got mcdouble meals late afternoon July 10th 2024. We both started having symptoms midmorning/early afternoon July 11th. We both have severe stomach pain/cramps, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, chills. I've gotten dehydrated because unable to keep sips of water down. Felt dizzy and couldn't get off the bathroom floor almost an hour. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Dehydration, Dizziness
