I ate a number five chicken artisan sandwich and have been extremely sick since yesterday. I was up every hour last night into this morning Puking and diarrhea at the same time. I'm starting to feel better now with medicine and lots of showers but I am extremely fatigued and nauseas. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fatigue
