I had a 10 piece chicken mcnugget meal with French frys and a sprite and an oreo mcflurry at 8:00 pm last night. (4/20) I started sweating and feeling nauseas and dizzy at midnight. I vomited everything up at 1230 am. I slept for a few hours and have vomited 6 more times. Prior to the mcdonalds I had not eaten anything since lunch.I can hardly keep my eyes open to write this. I'm extremely dizzy and tired. Do not eat at this McDonald's. | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Dizziness, Sweating
