First off i know mcdonalds is never good for you but i was really hungry and didnt want to make food yesterday, i wish i did. I went to mcdonalds around 8pm and iwent home to eat. the burger had a funny flavor but i kept eating anyways after i was done i cleaned up and went to bed. I woke up around 1:30am in a panic, sweaty with severe stomach pain i rushed to the bathroom where i proceeded to vomit. am back in bed now feeling awful. please if your food tastes funny dont eat it or better yet dont eat at mcdonalds | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Sweating
