Ice Cream Cone Illness - McDonald's, Carlsbad New Mexico

The ONLY thing different in our family’s consumed foods was an ice cream cone shared by the 2 adults— no one else got sick.. At approximately 1:00 pm Ate four meals & one ice cream cone— the cone was shared by the 2 adults who became violently ill around 1:00 am.
The three meals prior were shared by multiple people— no one became ill.
No one else became ill after eating at McDonald’s, which is what we are basing this on. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
