I ate an original chicken sandwich about 8pm on Sat night March 22, 2025 and became violently ill , throwing up with diarrhea, at 5:00am on Sun March 23. I had severe symptoms throughout the morning with fever at 100.3 during the afternoon and evening. My husband ordered a Big Mac and did not get sick. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Headache
