Apple Pie Illness: Nausea & Fever - McDonald's,

About 2 hours after stopping to eat a McDonalds apple pie with my co worker we both started feeling nauseated and dizzy. I had a headache from hell and vomited at woek. She had diarrhea and nausea. We both had a fever and continue to have symptoms 24 hours later. | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Headache, Dizziness, Diarrhea
