Fast Food Illness Symptoms - McDonald's, Katy Texas

I went by McDonalds for dinner at 6:50pm and ordered 2 Double cheeseburgers and a fry. Drove home and ate there. By about 8:30pm I started feeling sick. By 11:30pm I woke up with a severe stomach pain and chills. Followed by diarrhea and vomiting.
