Dizzy After Chicken Nuggets - McDonald's, Cape Girardeau Missouri

My 9 year old granddaughter and I (65 yr old female) ate chicken mcnuggets on Friday 3/8/19. She ate 9 and I ate 1 nugget. Shortly afterward we both felt dizzy which persisted through bedtime. the next morning she had dry heaves several times, no appetite but I was only a bit dizzy. No diarrhea so far still monitoring Saturday 3/9/19 afternoon | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Loss of Appetite, Diarrhea
