Child Illness Post-Burger Meal - McDonald's, Hamburg Hamburg

Hello, my 9 year old daughter was with her father at McDonald's dinner on Sunday.
She had a burgher and fries.
Last night it started with severe stomach cramps, nausea, vomiting and quite severe diarrhea. 😡
Hopefully it will be better again soon.
The little one is really bad.
