McDonald's Meal: Nausea, Vomiting - McDonald's, Wismar Mecklenburg-Vorpommern

Me and my husband ordered and ate there. 1-2 hours later, my husband experiences nausea and diarrhea.
After that, I became nauseous and we've both been in bed for 8/9 hours vomiting all the time and nothing stays inside.

This place is unhygienic and absolutely disgusting.
