My nephew ate at the restaurant on Friday evening, he had a chicken nuggets happy meal.He vomited Saturday morning and then had diarrhoea for the rest of the day. He then vomited again this morning. (Monday). No fever. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
