I ordered 20 chicken nuggets and 2 happy meals for my 2 children which contained nuggets. In the night I felt lightheaded and I went to the bathroom. I was sick more than 20 times in 6 hours and had sick up some blood too. My children woke up from their sleep and both were throwing up a lot. This was from the chicken nuggets at McDonald’s as it was the only thing we had eaten | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Lightheaded
