Disgusting room, stagnant water under the fast food chairs, otherwise hot meal without a suspicious smell in my opinion. Air conditioning too strong for my taste for a winter season. 4 hours after eating McDonald's, the urge to vomit, heartburn, shivering, fever at 38.5°C, diahrea, and the smell of a burger in the burp | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills, Heartburn, Burping
