Yesterday evening my children and I ate at McDonald's in Nîmes Courbessac. 4 hours later I woke up with very painful colic and diarrhea. The next day I finished my daughter's sandwich and the same. My son also had diarrhea during the day. It's the second time I've been ill at this restaurant. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps
