McDonalds
I ordered a plain mcdouble and it felt a little crunchy and looked weird but I still ate it because I didn't see anything on the sandwich. A few hours later it all just hit me at once. I had diarrhea, nausea , sweating a lot, and thought I was going to pass out. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever
