Aye Big Mac for lunch. By afternoon, got chills. Went from nausea to massive vomiting. After that diareaha. Went to urgent care. Had stomach X-ray, shot to stop vomiting, and labs. Never have been so sick. Definitely not the flu! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
