I recently ate McDonalds after a class trip I ate a big mac meal and when I was done eating I had aching in my stomach, which I assumed was normal but after the fact about 4-5 hours later I began to vomit non stop, temperature rose to 101°F and became very nauseous | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
