McDonalds
Double Quater Pounder meal. Woke up last night with painfull lower ab pain. Couldnt walk to the restroom with out stopping because of the pain. Feeling horrible. In restroom every 5 min. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
