I bought a Big Mac Meal. Within a half hour my stomach started getting cramps and a gassy feeling. Then I felt sick to my stomach. Spent the rest of the night on the toilet due to diarrhea. Its morning now and I still feel like I'm goin to still have diarrhea today. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Gas, Cramps
