chicken sandwich, I was out shopping with my 13 year old daughter and stop by and got her three McChicken sandwiches because I didn't feel like cooking and they supposedly made them fresh we had to wait but then about three to four hours later she said she didn't feel good at all she started feeling really bad sore stomach and went to the bathroom and was throwing up and now she has diarrhea high fever and cramp muscle body aches | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps, Body Ache, Soreness
