McDonalds
Within one hour of eating a quarter pounder combo I felt sick to my stomach. Within two hours I was vomiting and had diarrhea and had a splitting migraine. It lasted for a day and a half. I know it had to of been the McDonald's that gave me food poisoning because the only other meal I ate was a meal that 20 other people also ate and none of them had these symptoms | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Migraine
