McDonalds
I ate a Big Mac for dinner at 5 p.m. From 11 p.m. until 5:30 p.m. the next day when I was at the doctors, I vomited 15 times. They diagnosed it as food poisoning. I will never have a Big Mac again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
