All I have been eating is McDonalds and all of a sudden I start having bad cramps weak muscles throwing up nauseated I cant eat because hurts my stomach to swollow food | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps, Weakness, Stomach Pain
