Big Breakfast Illness Strikes - McDonald's, Visalia California

I got the Big breakfast in the night around 8pm. My boyfriend and I shared it. Around 12am I started getting nauseous and stomach pain. At 2am I began vomiting and repeatedly then I stopped for a while and at 5am began vomiting again. Around the same time I began to have diarrhea. My bf was throwing up around 6am and also began with diarrhea. We're still experiencing the symptoms. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
