Playground Visit, Food Illness - McDonalds, Bay City Texas

We ate the kids played on playground and when we got home 6 of us started being nauseated and throwing up during the night into today. Kids still are weak and my grandson has broken blood vessels in his face and i had bleeding nose from the force of throwing up. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness
