McDonalds
All I have eaten today was a McDonald's grittle meal. An hour and a half later, I'm puking. I puked for 20 min straight. Dry heaving mostly after I threw up the whole meal. It's my birthday and this is unacceptable. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
