McDonalds
I ate a chicken mc sand which meal I came home I wasn't feeling right so I had a bath tried relaxing from 9pm/4.30Am I was violently throwing up with the runs I cuddnt hold down no water or anything I thought I was going to die | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
