McDonalds on w.26th street. Saturday Feb 7 at 8pm ordered a McDouble that tasted like it sat out. By 3am I had explosive diahhrea that has not subsided and today is now the 19th of February. I have gone through a battery of blood and stool tests and all signs point to bacterial gastroenteritis. Most likely from someone not washing hands. I have suffered now for almost two weeks, I began antibiotics and am crossing fingers it will subside. This was the West 26th street McDonalds in Millcreek, I did not eat any food that day prior to my visit | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Gas
