McDonalds
I ate a 10 count nugget around 2 my food came out way too quick must've been siting out a long time, then started feeling nauseous around 7 and at 9 I puked my guts out. Never eating at a McDonald's stationed in a Walmart. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
