McDonalds
I ate a 10 piece chicken nugget meal on August 14, 2015 around 2 pm. The next morning, I had diarrhea and no appetite. I had severe abdominal pain all day and felt nauseous all afternoon. I had other symptoms like fever, dizziness, and headache. I did not eat anything unusual on Friday so I know the cause was McDonald's. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Headache, Dizziness, Stomach Pain, Loss of Appetite
