Fast Food, Violent Vomiting - McDonalds,

Went through drive through today. Didn't have debit card. Stuck in line. Had to wait. Apologized to worker . They were kind enough to give me food. Drove home to dinuba and seemed like the burgers tasted funny . Felt fine for about 2 hrs. Started to get bad headache accompanied by nausea . Starting vomitting about an hour later AT about 8:30 pm violent vomitting. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
