McDonalds
I ordered the new frappe after everything else was out of order and the morning after I was vomiting and had diarrhea at the same time. Months before I went to the same location and had food poisoning again. I'm not telling you to repeal this place, but please be careful to look for sanitation issues while in the place. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
