Quarter Pounder Illness - McDonald's, Whitfield England

We got food delivered at around 7pm I had a quarter pounder meal, everyone else had something different, I fell asleep shortly after eating and awoke at 10pm with extreme stomach pains and sweating I then spent the next 1/2 hours with extreme vomiting and diarrhoea which I brought up my burger and shortly after started to feel “better” in the sense that I was no longer vomiting although the stomach pains and diarrhoea are still persistent around 6 hours after consumption  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Sweating, Stomach Pain
