Big Mac, Dizzy, Diarrhea - McDonalds,

I got a big mac and mozzarella dippers last night around midnight after a show. In felt fine and went home to bed. At about 4 am I woke up with severe stomach cramps and when I went to the toilet I had very liquidly diareah and became extremely dizzy and felt as though my full body was vibrating. I have been up and down to the toilet 5 times now in the last 8 hours. I feel sick however haven't vomited, yet! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Cramps, Dizziness
